Russia’s first open festival of short extreme-sports video — land, water, air, city, and mountains on one screen (Moscow, 2011).
«В движении» (In Motion) was the first open all-Russian festival of short video dedicated to extreme sports, held in Moscow in November 2011 (club B-2 / earlier plans for cinema Cosmos). Clips up to five minutes competed in five nominations — land, water, air, city, mountains — plus a best-trick award; the audience voted the grand prize.
The festival aimed to give amateur and professional extreme filmmakers a big-screen audience, connect fragmented sports communities, and spotlight safety preparation. Screenings sat alongside masterclasses and a live concert. Organized by New Time Investment; festival director — Vasiliy Filatov.
